Atlas: Well, Heitkamp used to be behind by double digits, but now she's only behind by 9. It's possible.

Beto will win due to 25% black and 25% Latino the same number of whites 50% in the state.😄

He is within 3 and Bredesen is within 4, and Noem is tied with Sutton. The races shouldn't be close and when they are, minorities can be the difference in upsets. In undergraduate school they teach that
