How disappointing for Warren if she wins with less than 60% of the vote.

I remember when Atlas thought she'd actually outrun Baker.

She’s extremely unpopular outside of the core Boston area, metro west, and South Vermont

Yeah clearly. This is the last Massachusetts map where an incumbent Democratic Senator won by roughly the same amount:

Besides, even if it was true, it's about as relevant as saying Roger Wicker is extremely unpopular in the Mississippi Delta.

He's speaking in relative terms. Warren, as this poll demonstrates, will win in a landslide, but it will be an underwhelming victory, compared to what Democrats usually garner in Massachusetts. It looks like she is set to underperform Baker next week.

Yeah.....that has no basis in fact. If anything, shes unpopular in the Worcester suburbs and the areas surrounding Plymouth on the way down to the Cape, also known as the only R areas in the state.

Funny enough, the Springfield metro minus Springfield, or the metro west, would probably be an R bastion in the state.

What do you say of the fact that this poll shows Warren underperforming Baker? Does that surprise you?

I was down there last weekend and I saw a bunch more Diehl signs in like Weymouth, Braintree, Abington etc. or would you lump those in with the Plymouth area

Do you think Warren will crack 60%? Her chances to reach that mark aren't the best, and she is definitely going to underperform Baker at this point.

I am not one to use anecdotal information, as that would mean places like Belmont, Watertown, Waltham, Lexington, and Cambridge would also be going to Diehl. It would also mean Beto is winning TX.

Anyway, the answer is no, these areas are not a part of the Plymouth area. The Plymouth area would be places like Bridgewater, Marshfield, and Halifax, around that area.

yeah, probably. Probably around 61-63%. Baker probably gets 65-72%.

Obviously Baker's coattails have the potential to make this race competitive.

Abington is literally in his St. Sen. district. Don't get too excited.

And no, those are not part of the Plymouth area. Braintree and Weymouth aren't even in Plymouth County. Abington is a suburb of Brockton.
