This really isn't a great poll for Heinrich considering Rich and Johnson combined get 50% of the vote. And judging from the Governor results, it's not really an overly Republican sample either.
With that said, Rich has given no indication he's going to drop out, and even if he did there's a floor that a person with an (R) beside their name simply won't fall below, so Heinrich should still be fine.
