I haven't done any specfic calucations on this race yet, but I think it's pretty close to Likely D. I know Manchin skeptics talk about the "fundamentals," but it looks to me like the fundamentals actually favor Manchin by about the same margin the polling average has him leading.

It's crazy that we've almost gotten more internals than public polls this cycle. It'll be interesting to see how far off internals actually are, though there's quite a range in this particular race.
