If this is the best the NRSC can fudge at the same time they show Manchin losing, the race is Safe D.

They must've just polled Rosendale's family, otherwise there's no way Tester is only tied!!!!

It's good for Tester that the best an internal can do is find him tied, but it probably suggests that he's got a modest lead, and not a huge one. My prediction for this race has been Tester by about the same margin as 2012 for the past year and a half, and I still feel like that's the most likely outcome.
