This took place after Secretary of State Lumine stated : "FRR has been introduced by President Yankee in the Senate and the House for what I sincerely hope will be a lively, informed and active debate on how certain matters of foreign policy ought to be conducted."
In less than two weeks since his confirmation at the Department of State, Lumine has been busy. In addition to presenting the Foreign Relations review he announced the State Department Building would be named the George Marshall Building and the creation of a Statemen's Gallery inside that building to display the accomplishments of Atlasians in the field of diplomacy.
