Bore from March 2015 until May 2015 when Labor had 6/10 Senate seats and the Presidency. Though since it was a joint ticket with TPP, TPP also held 2 seats and 1 more was a TPP aligned indy, so effectively it could be said to have had 9/10 seats.

Before that it would be DemPGH with five seats and Windjammer breaking the tie.
