Certainly FS from my wife's perspective. Her aunt lives in Berea and Paducah hosts the National Quilt Museum.

I find the parkway system well maintained with a number of pleasant drives and I've found a number of nice towns along the Ohio, not to mention the artist colony in Berea. I enjoyed a stay in the Old Louisville neighborhood last year with some good eats and brews. With both Mammoth Cave an Natural Bridge there are some unique sights there, too.

None of this has anything to do with party, so I'll pass on the vote.

On a personal level, I'd like to go sometime. I really want to check out Henry Clay's estate.

But I voted HS because the state gives us Mitch McConnell, Rand Paul, and Matt Bevin, possibly the worst trio in the country from my perspective.
