On this poll Romney would need to get virtually all of the undecideds to match his 2012 presidential margin.

My guess is that turnout differentials cause him to fall short of that historic margin. Republicans (especially Mormons) were excited to vote for him in 2012. Democrats are the more energized party in 2018, especially in UT-04.
