I think it’s just mostly guys like Woodsbury, who mostly want to get a rise out of other posters. There’s only like two or three active trolls on the list though, almost everyone on the forum has something decent to contribute, and it’s worth putting up with a lot of dross to get to that decent content.

Also OC (heresy, I know, but I find his posts break up the flow of reading a thread. It’s the forum equivalent of Monty Python’s “And Now for something completely different”)

The thing is I actually do suspect AB of having a very serious drinking problem, but I never met the guy and I have no evidence to support it, so I'm not going off on that. All I'll say is that I lived with a mean drunk for the first sixteen years of my life and I would dread knowing what this guy's like in person.
