Has the quality of this board fallen off a cliff recently?

There are many dumb posts, with many people making dumb posts and not realizing the posts are dumb(because they themselves are dumb), and many others intentionally making dumb posts to satirize the dumb posts(such as the constant sarcastic means). Too many people are pretentious assholes, and even those who sometimes have intelligent content drown out the intelligence of their posts with general assholery and obnoxiousness. And far too many people have overgrown egos and act like toddlers. A bit of humility would do many people a world of good.
