If Baldwin is leading by 10 in an R+3 sample, there's no way in hell that she loses. Even if the polls were as wrong as they were in 2016 (and there's not much reason to believe that they will be this time around), Baldwin would still win.

Tilt R, Feingold lost in 2016. It probably becomes Likely R once Vukmir exposes Baldwin's vote against Kavanuaugh.
