Fingers crossed for his defeat alongside a Democratic wave so he's taught a lesson (though I know it won't happen).
If the balance of the Senate didn't depend on him winning, perhaps I'd agree. But we're still going to have to tolerate for another six years if we want anything good to start coming from the Senate, unfortunately.
The balance of the Senate, if Dems get majority isn't gonna depend on Manchin. We only got 2 more years of Trump. Dems will expand their majority in 2020. But, the new conservative Roberts CRT will check any new ultra liberal legislation, like amnesty coming from a Pelosi Congress
