Ducey has a great campaign infrastructure. Garcia is gaffe prone. Ducey has a reputation an inoffensive suburban type. Garcia has been branded as a hard core progressive. Once voters have an idea of who you are, its hard to change that. Ducey was great at defining Garcia early.

Also Ducey got a boost from the Kyl appointment. Anyway, Likely R, and it's hard to see how Garcia can make a comeback at this point.
