Dems are going to nominate this guy in 2020 because he #resists the hardest, going to be such a fun 2020 isn't it.

Our first Italian President is gonna be amazing! Purple heart

The sickest burn of 2018 would be Kavanaugh getting confirmed and 1 or 2 of his accusers going to jail for perjury Smiley.

Regardless of how you feel about Avenatti, Democratic politicians could learn a thing or two from him. Many on the left have not figured out how to properly navigate this new Trumpian era. There are reasons why he's been far more effective than various characters such as Nancy Pelosi, Cory Booker, Joe Scarbourugh etc who have been basically useless.

If prospective Democratics can't figure out how navigate this new era like Avenatti has, don't be surprised if he becomes the nominee in 2020.

Surefire way to lose in 2020.

In all seriousness, if Kavanaugh goes down, Avenatti probably does become the frontrunner for the 2020 nomination just by virtue of the weakness of the current field.

Well yeah his burns were still savage and awesome even if they aren't keeping him out of jail.

I'll take "Posts That Aged Laughably Terribly, And Were Bad Takes Even For The Time," for 2000, Ken.

In all fairness, we don't know what would have happened had Kavanaugh actually not been concerned.  If things had gone differently we could be in the second year of the Avenatti regime.

Kavanaugh being shot down might have just made the Blue Wave in 2018 weaker if anything, and possibly even indirectly led to a Trump second term! He probably just appoints Barrett in his place and whines about "Democrat obstruction" non-stop for the rest of his term.

I see no scenario in which this leads to an Avenatti presidency of all things LOL
