Good news on Barrett dropping out, but I'm thinking it would consolidate the toxic Milwaukee vote for the unelectable Mitchell.

I appreciate you are at least a full-fledged troll now.
Hmm, you don't seem to realise that Milwaukee is the best bullet in the Wisconsin GOP arsenal. It's how Walker has dodged every attempt to unseat him to this date.

Keep "lol"-ing while RTW is still in the books, workers are having more rights stripped away, and the GOP has a permanent hold on the state.

It's true, though. Being a white male is a definite minus in Dem politics for the last decade. Just look at the primary process.

...

The leading candidate in this race is a white male you idiots.

Yeah, but I was told Democrats hate white men. Never mind that 61% of Democratic Senators (including the Democratic Senate leader and whip) and 81% of Democratic governors are white men, they HATE white men because I said so.

(This is sarcasm, if it’s not obvious enough)

Most of these men were grandfathered in from before the Jeppe/Bosse-types violently took over the party and started imposing penis penalties on anybody running in Democratic primaries.  I guarantee those percentages are skewed.

Harley riding Scott Walker in a bit of a pickle regarding Trump's tweets this morning:

Walker doesn’t rely on Obama-Trump types to win anyhow. Not the best news for him, but not the worst.

Don't write Walker's obituary yet. He's at 42/50 approval, according to Morning Consult. So, despite all the scandals, he's still within -10. This is the recall election all over again. His devout fandom in WOW will pull through in the end.

Walker can withstand the Democratic wave, since Milwaukee and Madison don't have many Latinos as other states might have. That's a reason why, Trump did so well in MI, PA and WI. But more WWC in WI.
100x yep. 2018 DNC (and supporting arms) has no clue how to win states outside the coastal bubbles.

...yeah, no. Walker is in good hands. He’s only 42/50 after so much threatening him.Unlike Trump, he is loved in WOW and can hold on to GOP gains in the rurals since the ‘08s. Must be some tabulation error somewhere that don’t exist in the Michigan/Minnesota polls.

Considering the bloodbath during the primaries (due to the important race on the Dems side and the Walker coronation on the other), this is a decent result for Walker. He should catch up when the Koch spending hits.

Lean -> Likely R at this point unless Marquette shows Evers up in double digits. Wisconsin has always been a Koch-influenced state.

A very credible source is telling me Tony Evers will be down by more than 4 points in the Marquette Law School poll today.
With the teacher porn allegations, I can see that being the case. The Kochs will ensure Wisconsin won't  forget it. Evers is done unless the polls show him above 50.

A tie after all the ordeals Walker had faced in his two terms? He's cruising to the end, as the ad campaigns will sink Evers. Likely R

lol, you can stop with the troll job now.

After all the complacent Dems in this forum assuming that a silly Supreme Court race means anything in the grand scheme of things? Perhaps, they are the trolls, not me. Fact of the matter is, Dems in this state committed seppuku by only caring about the ghettoes of Milwaukee and students in Madison.

Yeah, that's why Dems have been improving in the rural and small town areas for the state supreme court and special elections, right?

Obviously, not enough to take down Walker. What a laugh. After the political climate in the country moved to the left, Wisconsin is quickly turning into Arkansas.

Can't argue that the Marquette numbers are R-leaning. They even had Hillary up by 6 in their final 2016 Poll. Who knows how much the GOP blowout will be here in November.

I recognize that this is an improvement from the last poll, but I honestly think Walker's going to win. He cheated the last three times and WI voters are not smart enough to see right through his schemes. Even Baldwin is getting in an increasingly tougher spot than I thought. The future is getting bleaker for us WI dems. I'll be moving to MN by 2020.
They're reaping what they've sown really with the National Dems spitting on places like Wisconsin. Now, the Badger State is under repressive RTW rule and the GOP is showing no sign of letting up anytime soon.

It's his Hurricane Sandy moment. Evers is DOA at this point.

This trolling isn't even funny anymore.

It could be his Hurricane Matthew moment: Enough to bolster him in the polls a bit but not enough to save him in the end.

Natural disasters tend to boost the in-party unless the response is bungled Katrina- style. I don't see Walker making Dubya's mistake.

The flooding is in the most Democratic part of the state where everyone hates Walker, and that's not going to change.
Sandy stemmed Obama's bleeding with Socially Conservative Italians in North Jersey.

Funny how Marquette is the Gold Standard™ until it shows numbers inconvenient to the red avatars here. Evers below 50 in Suffolk, though.

Wait till you find out that Walker is below Evers!
Oh, I know...I saw the thread. I wonder if the Foxconn news will be enough to change the game in the state. All I know is, watch how undecideds will break in this state as the election looms.

Rain has started again, and it's been going for hours. Many areas near the lakes will be forced to evacuate soon.

And heavy rain in other areas, too. La Crosse county saw 11 inches today, the Baraboo River in Sauk County is set to rise 10 ft!!! by Thursday/Friday due to all the rain, Green County is also now seeing flooding, and there are more storms yet to come. It's terrifying and I hope people can stay safe.

Yeah, Western and South Central WI are getting pummeled.

Unlike in Dane County, Walker heroics here will boost his reelection odds in this swing region.

Prediction:
Baldwin +7 ("GOLD STANDARD shows Baldwin leading.")

Walker + 3 and everyone decides Marquette is no longer the Gold Standard until they show results they want.

What I don't understand is why every other poll has shown Evers leading, while every Marquette poll  in this cycle has indicated Walker either leading or tied with Evers. Vukmir was the closest she'd ever been to Baldwin on the last Marquette poll. The Marquette poll obviously skews Republican.
Nope, the Marquette poll was lauded by the Atlas users until they showed uncomfortable results vis-à-vis this state.
