Yeah we definitely need some more active players now. I'd recommend registering as soon as possible though since the deadline to vote in the upcoming election isn't far away.

Yes, I discussed this matter with my (former) client and my understanding is he can move to any region or subregion he wishes to at any time, but only vote in regional and subregional Senate elections after 56 days have passed since that change. The right to vote or run for At-Large Senate or president/vice president is retained. And voter eligibility standards for local (legislative and executive) elections are determined by the regions.

Just for future reference. Since we're not getting precedent from the case, I suggest not registering in a new region/subregion unless you're prepared to sit out a couple races.
