Is the rule that you can't move regions again after the last move for 180 days?

Yeah - according to the Census Act:

2. If a voter has been registered in more than one region over the previous one hundred and eighty days, they cannot register outside the region they were most recently registered in.

I see. Thanks for the response. Wouldn't this also apply to diptheriadan, who moved from the South to Lincoln back to the South (but I think is listed as part of the South in the census spreadsheet)?

You're right, that was an oversight on my part. The census will be corrected.
