What is the matter with investigating this a bit more. 

We have had some situations in recent past where there were false accusations of rape.  The statistic suggest that the false reports are 1 in 20 to 2 in 5 (and yes, I was surprised at the last number).

At a party 35 years ago, a very drunken Christine Blasey Ford grabbed my privates and tried to have sex with me. I don’t remember exactly when or where it happened, because I was drinking at the time. I have never told anyone about it before today (except for vague references to a therapist over 30 years after it happened), but it has caused me great mental anguish over the years.

I am entitled to be believed because people do not lie about things like that, even when they are extremist political activists and intend to remain anonymous. #MeToo
