Please can someone explain what restrictions currently apply on bingo? From what I understand from the research I've done, most of the restrictions on bingo currently are mainly around gambling. I don't have a problem with liberalising gambling laws as long as adequate warnings are made for high stakes gambling. If someone could clarify exactly what this bill changes ect. it would be very helpful.
