Abortion: Center-Left. Legal on demand for first 2 trimesters, legal for emergencies after.
Affirmative Action: Right. Discrimination is discrimination, period.
Artwork Funding: Right. Leave to private charity and business.
Assault Weapons Ban: Right. It did nothing to reduce violent crime.
Campaign Finance Reform: Left. Public Financing would be ideal.
Capital Punishment: Center-Right. Repeat Offenders; DNA testing.
Concealed Carry: Center-Right. For those who pass background checks.
D.C. Statehood: Right. Taxation without representation anyone?
Defense Funding: Center-Left. Cut pork and close various overseas bases.
Environment: Left. Aggressive Alt. Energy R&D; Public Transport; Increase CAFE standards.
Euthanasia: Left. It's their body, their choice to end their suffering.
Faith Based Initiatives: Left. Blatantly Unconstitutional.
Farm Subsidies: Center-Right. Slash pork & waste. Limit to emergencies (e.g. insurance).
Flag Burning Amendment: Left. It would violate the 1st amendment.
Gay Adoption: Left. No good reason to oppose.
Gay Marriage: Left. See above. Also, bans are unconstitutional.
Medicare/Medicaid: Center-Left. Abolish and replace with Universal Healthcare (Swiss Style).
Minimum Wage: Center-Right. No further raises; Minimum Wage is needed but has draw backs.
School Vouchers: Left. Vouchers undermine public schools and often the 1st amendment.
Racial Profiling: Left. It is obviously both unfair and unconstitutional.
United Nations: Center. US involvement is necessary, but the UN is badly in need of reform.
War on Iraq: Center-Left. Invading was a colossal Mistake. Partition Iraq and withdraw.

...and you are not a fundie? Lol.

Although, I always thought that "right" meant maintain policy and "left" meant change it and "hard right" meant to repeal a policy.

Abortion - right (maintain policy)
Affirmative Action- Center-left (tweak policy)
Artwork Funding- center (slightly tweak policy)
Assault Weapons Ban- right (maintain policy)
Campaign Finance Reform- (left- change policY)
Capital Punishment- (left- change policy)
Concealed Carry- (center- continue to change policy)
D.C. Statehood (left- change policy)
Defense Funding (center- tweak policy)
Environment (center- tweak policy)
Euthanasia (left- change policy)
Faith Based Initiatives (center-right- allow changes that have been made of late, but maintain policy thereafter)
Farm Subsidies- (left- change policy)
Flag Burning Amendment (right- maintain policy)
Gay Adoption (left- change policy)
Gay Marriage (center-right- maintain policy from drastic change while tweaking it)
Medicare/Medicaid (left- change policy)
Minimum Wage (center- continue to tweak policy)
School Vouchers (center- tweak policy)
Racial Profiling (left- change policy)
United Nations (center-right- tweak policy whilst be vigilant from radical departure)
War on Iraq (left- change policy)

So I guess I am 10-9-5, slightly left of center, but not by much.

Abortion Not in Favour, but legalize it\keep it legal with restrictions
Affirmative Action Generally Oppose
Artwork Funding Generally Oppose
Assault Weapons Ban Why do you need them
Campaign Finance Reform Left
Capital Punishment Left
Concealed Carry Depends on the case
D.C. Statehood Don't really care.. should get at least a congressional rep though

Defense Funding For the United States, Left: Your countries defense spending (or rather the system of patronage through it) is a very good way of saving congressional careers. Iraq shows that you may have most technological and expensive army in the world but if the other side is more commited...

Environment Depend on what Left and Right mean in this case; But generally I'd see myself on the "I can't believe we're so goddamn lazy, we're going to be screwed in 50 years time" side of the issue.
Euthanasia Left
Faith Based Initiatives More Detail; not something I'm hugely against. Despite breaking seperation of Church and State
Farm Subsidies Opposed for Agri-businesses. For Small scale farmers on the other hand it's probably an undesirable but necessary insurance
Flag Burning Amendment Left
Gay Adoption Left
Gay Marriage Left
Medicare/Medicaid Need more details on the US health Care system.. but given the size of the US I suspect it is something best not left to the Federal goverment. Rather individual states
Minimum Wage Depends, but generally Centre-left I suppose

School Vouchers Ideally this would not be necessary either, having a privatly run education is in many ways not really better than a public one, especially when considers the religious factor which runs through this in the United States. Such is the problem of the Left-Libertarian, but at Present I'd support though Schools should never, ever be run like businesses. EVER
Racial Profiling Explain

United Nations Better than Nothing. But is in bad need of reform. For a start, the permanent members of the SC should have their veto power reduced or removed. Or at least that would be ideal, can't see any of them being very happy about it though. And then there is the financial corruption. But comparsions to the League of Nations are false. Support, and the US should most certainly should remain a member and end Unilateralism

War on Iraq Again it's a matter of ideals vs Pragmatism, Ideally the war should never have started and the US can end it right now, but that's even more of an evil then the war already. The US has made nowhere near the level of progress that should have been expected. The Surge was pitiful. But can't leave until Iraqi goverment is at least somewhat stable (and not allied with Moqtaba Al-Sadr's nuts.)

Abortion- Center - I treat it as a medical matter, not a right to life or right to choise. Both the far right and far left have taken this issue way out of hand.
Affirmative Action- Right - Reverse racism.
Artwork Funding- Right - We have more important thing to fund than the arts.
Assault Weapons Ban- Right - I fully support lawful and responsible gun owners.
Campaign Finance Reform- Right - Money is a form of free speech - like it or not.
Capital Punishment- Center - We need to make our prisions tougher (hard labor, chain gangs, etc).
Concealed Carry-  Right - See Assault Weapons Ban.
D.C. Statehood- Center - Place it as a city in Maryland.
Defense Funding- Right - Enough said.
Environment- Center - Provide tax cuts for people who use hybrid vehicles and expland research into alternative fuels.
Euthanasia- Left - No issue with it.
Faith Based Initiatives- Center-left - It has gone way out of hand.
Farm Subsidies- Center - Only to a certain degree. Not a government hand off.
Flag Burning Amendment- Right - I have punch a nut who burned a flag and would do it again!
Gay Adoption- Center Left - I really don't care, just keep it out of my bussiness.
Gay Marriage- Center Left - See above.
Medicare/Medicaid- Right - Unless we cut it now, we are going to destroy the economy.
Minimum Wage- Center Right - Slight raise but not as much as what Congress wants.
School Vouchers- Center - Parents have the right to select schools but government shouldn't foot the bill.
Racial Profiling- Left - Need to explain this more.
United Nations- Center Right - It needs massive reform.
War on Iraq- Center - Cut and run is not the answer. Set benchmarks and hold feet to the fire.

Abortion - left in policy, right in belief.
Affirmative Action - Right
Artwork Funding - Right
Assault Weapons Ban - Center-Left (although the actual law that was enacted was awful)
Campaign Finance Reform - Center-Right
Capital Punishment - Left
Concealed Carry - Center
D.C. Statehood - don't care
Defense Funding - Depends. I would pour money into our HUMINT capabilities while cutting missile defense and SDI.
Environment - Left
Euthanasia - Center-Left
Faith Based Initiatives -Center-Left
Farm Subsidies - Center
Flag Burning Amendment - Left
Gay Adoption - Left
Gay Marriage - Left
Medicare/Medicaid - Center-Left
Minimum Wage - Center-Right
School Vouchers - Center-Left
Racial Profiling - Neutral.
United Nations - Left
War on Iraq - Both sides suck. Center, I guess. Although I'm more inclined to support a phased withdrawal rather than a sustained surge.

Flag Burning Amendment- Right - I have punch a nut who burned a flag and would do it again!

If money is a form of expression, wouldn't flag-burning also fall under that category?

You seemed to be what has been happening in America of late. You went from a John McCain-like character to someone who is more or less dead center.

Although, I always thought that "right" meant maintain policy and "left" meant change it and "hard right" meant to repeal a policy.

Not for the purposes of this test.  That would apply to a literal interpretation of the words liberal and conservative, though.

Abortion
Left: Support the right to choose; oppose all or most restrictions
Center-Left: Support the right to choose; support some restrictions such as PBA ban
Center: Keep legal in first trimester, and for emergencies afterwards
Center-Right: Only legal for emergencies, and support most restrictions
Right: Support all commonly proposed restrictions as well as a ban on all abortions except for the woman's life

I was going to go through each of them, but got bored with this already. Tongue  Although I will say on D.C. Statehood that leftwing is to support it and rightwing is to keep the status quo of taxation without representation.
