Toss-up, but gun to my head I say Blackburn wins 51-47%. The coalition that elected Bredesen in '02 and '06 is no longer there in this partisan era. I don't say he's guaranteed to lose, but the chances as I asses them are 1/2 in Blackburn's favor.
