Varies fairly wildly, but usually about 7 (midnight to 7:00 am).

Less than 5 hours. Usually 3 or 4. Sometimes I go a couple of days without sleeping at all. I usually post on Atlas/Discord either on my break at work or school, or late at night in my only free time, since I work 70+ hours a week on average. If you include school it gets to almost 100, including homework and studying.

So not much time for sleep.

my regular sleep periods: 1am-5am, 10am-12pm, 5pm-7pm
