Need to learn from the ‘tragedy’ of Bill Clinton’s Impeachment

Right from the notes of my undergrad US Foreign Policy course:

“Tragedy of Clinton administration, the senior level understood the problem of Al-Qaeda but largely because of the Monica Lewinsky scandal couldn’t get US public attention or act as proper leaders.”

Then of course 9/11 happened. Which begs the question: What is the US currently being distracted from due to Mueller’s ‘investigation’?

I’m suggesting that this will go on for many more years as when the Dems take the House in November, they will move for impeachment which will lead to an acquittal in the Senate just like Bill Clinton (you’re never going to get 67 Senators voting in favor of removal). So this massive futile distraction means something big will be missed along the way. So no I’m not saying another 9/11 per se but something equally important will be missed.

What a waste of resources and time. Not to mention that the other side will be setting up their own investigation of Hillary Clinton and the corrupt FBI and DOJ.

That an anti-democratic, fascist cult masquerading as a political party has come close to seizing control of our nation. The vile and treacherous clown  whom Mueller is investigating is capable of doing immense damage to us and our nation. But the people of the United States cannot let ourselves think that removing the corrupt and dangerous coward Donald Trump will be the end of our struggle against the forces of American fascism. We will not be able to safely rest until the entire modern Republican party - and the bigotry, ignorance, and evil it stands for - have been permanently delivered to the trash can of history.

The past two years have been a "waste of time" and "a miss," regardless of impeachment or talk-of-impeachment. This administration is a joke, and has destroyed many of our relations with our allies. Tax cuts to the rich, huge ballooning deficits during good economic times. The Clown-In-Chief is busy throwing tariffs around like candy, and the Russians are sitting back in their chairs laughing and drinking Vodka (admiring what they did).

Our country was f**ked the day we voted this Moron into office. And now we are all paying the price. Hallelujah!

Let's allow our leaders to commit injustices, or to get elected by illegal means, so that we can keep our eyes peeled for things that will be coming from out of any possible field of view.
