Cohen's saying that Trump told him to break campaign finance laws when he paid off Stormy Daniels.

So if lying about consensual sex is grounds for impeachment, ordering an illegal payoff to hush it up is...?

Something the GOP won't give a damn about.

I can’t wait to see Gingrich try to square that circle on a Fox panel.

Like literally anything else possible, not going to convince anyone who supports/defends him to stop doing so. Trump and the Republicans will throw Cohen under the bus for a week and then go back to talking about the economy or something afterward, once it's out of the news cycle.

I'll believe that this is the "beginning of the end" of Trump when I see it. No one should put it past Republicans in Congress to obstruct justice in order to defend him.

Fox News webpage has both the Cohen and Manafort guilty stories as secondary news.
And of course, the "Mollie Tibbetts’ suspected killer ID'd as 24-year-old illegal immigrant" story is their top headline news.

You make it seem like both shouldnt be primary news

He never said that.  He's just pointing out that Fox is giving the Tibbetts story more prominence, when the Manafort and Cohen stories are at least as significant (arguably more so IMO).  But of course, they don't fit the Fox narrative nearly as well.

In the last month, they've used the Tibbetts story as their main headline several times on days when there was significantly bad Trump related news.

Meanwhile Giuliani continues to claim there's no allegations of wrongdoing against Trump.

This is the same company that, the day Paul Manafort was first indicted, decided to run a story about a "controversy" surrounding a cheeseburger emoji rather than talk about the arrests.

They'll use anything to avoid talking about bad news for Trump.

If Trump does leave office before his term is up (which is more likely today than it was yesterday, but still very far from a sure thing), I think we'll look back on today as the turning point.
