Just found this on YouTube by accident: Starting at 14:40 Donald Trump says on Letterman in October 2013 he has business dealings with Russians and once met Putin, whom he described as "tough guy". All of a sudden he forgot about that?

Unfortunately, that's true of a lot about Trump from the 2016 elections to today. He is our President now, and we should have known what we were getting. Because every low expectation and point of concern that has been raised about him are being proven right. We need better memories and attention spans.

I think the claim he met Putin once was a lie. It look him a few moments to answer the question and the way he spoke is suspecious. From all I know of human behavior, I'm >95% sure this was not true at the time.
