Interestingly enough this Atlas poll shows only a 46.6% REP-51.7% DEM PVI Lead (+5.1% D) in terms of Atlas posters Congressional CDs.

Honestly, I am a bit surprised considering the stereotype of Atlas posters being heavily concentrated in Liberal Democratic enclaves....

Also, interestingly enough 24% of Atlas Posters who voted live in CDs that in theory are totally vulnerable within a "Wave Election" as measured by the +1 - + 9% REP PVI numbers....

So far I am the only poster that lives in a "True Neutral" Cook PVI district....

Well, we obviously need folks to jump in from:    Wink

CA- CD-10
CA- CD-25
CA- CD-39
FL-  CD-07
OR- CD-04       *** MY CD ***
OR- CD-05       *** One of My OLD CDs ***
WA- CD-08
WI- CD-03

1.8% of CD's are "True Neutral" and currently we have only one sample accounting for 1.7% of the Sample Size....

Still, regardless of all that, I guess where I'm going with all of this is that 46.6% of Atlas Posters polled live in CD-'s that are +9% D > +9 % R.

In theory, this means that about half of Atlas posters live in areas that are relatively closely politically divided, have friends, co-workers, neighbors, family where individuals might have different political, economic, and social value orientations, *where they have actual real interpersonal interactions with people that have a different political identity, rather than just existing in a complete dysfunctional echo chamber in the modern era of American Politics*

Technically, CA-25, CA-39, and WA-08 have Tilt R PVI values, while the other 5 EVEN seats have Tilt D PVI values.

R+9, sadly. I've never lived in a Democratic district (I grew up in Kentucky's 5th).

Just moved from Kentucky's 6th District (R+9) to Illinois's 13th District (R+3). I was born and raised in Kentucky's 5th (R+31).
