Yes, this is the best rebuttal. It'd be best if they also released info like Russian equivalents of Social Security numbers and bank accounts as well, and went to minor officials to send a message. Find a random city police chief and absolutely ruin his life to send a message, since you'd have to be a truly vile Putin-loving individual to be involved in the Russian government in any way now.

But come on, the CIA has to have tons of doxable info.
