It's the Midwest WI, MI, and IL don't have blowout victories.  Evers, Whitmer and Pritzker should win around 53-47%.

No, Rauner is a billionaire and is a GOPer, unfortunately for him he has an R next his name. IL is an Obama state and hates Trump.  Rauner is looked upon as the same as Trump.
