Huh, what does this even mean? Is he asking *why* he's working "to expose the corruption and dishonesty in the Lamestream Media"? Or is he asking why "the Lamestream Media" is "corrupt" and "dishonest"?   Huh

Also, a statement like "I'm working hard, which is easy" is an oxymoron, isn't it?
He's cracking under the pressure.

Also hilarious to me is that he thinks voters want him to be working hard on THAT when there are MUCH bigger fish to fry right now.

Yeah I couldn't figure it out either. 🤷‍♂️

I also like the "It is the decision of the President for blah reasons" justification....

This has gone beyond politics. America's supposed leaders have either enabled him or stood by and hoped the election in November will allow for a return to the "normalcy" that gave us Mr. Trump in the first place. These choices will prove fatal to our Republic, either because the slow coup of Mr. Trump and his Banana Republicans will succeed, or because it will require a civil war to stop.

I very much hope I'm wrong, and the election of Joe Biden (or some other Democratic nominee) does put us on a trajectory back to normalcy. But I don't hold out any hope for that outcome.

Basically, he thinks that governors trying to go against his recommendations/plans are "mutineers" and he, as "the captain," has all the cards, so the mutiny won't go in their favor. He thinks it would be funny if they try because he thinks he'd win.

You can’t interpret his words as actual policy - he’s more of a figurehead that rallies the spirits of the nation. Mcconell McCarthy and Mnuchin are the real lever pullers

As a "Bernie-crat", the idea of Pelosi being controlled by the radical left is far far beyond laughable. She hates the radical left.

A crazy man who knows he's been beaten, clawing the air and raving at his opponent as she walks away, because the one thing he can't stand is being ignored. Pathetic, even for Donald Trump.

Alright, that mad me LOL:

The unintentional hilarity of the tweet probably stems from the fact that
a) he makes it seem like the mere existence of truckers is something unusual und reason to applaud ("A big thank you to all our truckers" would have appeared less crazy and more appropriate IMO)
and
b) Trump probably hasn't posted a "THANK GOD FOR DOCTORS!" or "THANK GOD FOR VIROLOGISTS!" so far, which makes it seem like shameless pandering to his blue-collar base more than anything else.

If Pelosi is controlled by the far-left, then presumably the far left runs the Democratic Party.  If the far left runs the party, why are they trying to stop Sanders?

I thought he might list all the states, but apparently only three are in need of liberation:

Is this a call to overthrow democratically elected state governments? Maybe the FBI should pay that Trump fellow a visit....

"liberate the country from the will of the majority" is a pretty good summary of where the republican party is these days.

He listed those three because Fox News had a segment on the stay at home protests there.

I genuinely cannot understand how Republicans can support someone this divisive.  Maybe one or two statements like this are acceptable, but at this point, it's a trend.  It can't just be everyone hates Trump.  It's a lot simpler to just say maybe he's an idiot.

I can. He is the logical endpoint of what they've been trying to be since Nixon got elected.
