Trump has begun to develop a full-on split personality now. I wonder when the next tweet attacking the FBI for handling Hillary's e-mails will follow:

Probably an effect of taking him off his anti-psychotics.  (No, that hasn't been confirmed. But his myoclonic spasms (Tardive dyskinesia) and aphasia have disappeared over the last month or so. They're common side effects of anti-psychotics in the elderly.)

Dude, at Fox "News" Townhall, you said you would be cutting entitlements. This is the same lie as saying he protected pre-existing conditions.

This is also why it's irresponsible for Sanders to enable this.

His policy of 15 days to slow the spread, which began last Tuesday.

His wall of retweets this morning suggest he wants everyone back to work after the 15 day period, except high risk groups.

Trump Repeats Latest Bonkers Fox News Coronavirus Claims In Midnight Rant
Quote
Fox News host Steve Hilton blasted “our ruling class and their TV mouthpieces whipping up fear” over the coronavirus outbreak on Sunday and warned that a recession due to shutdowns could be deadly.

Quote
Hilton added:

“Our ruling class and their TV mouthpieces whipping up fear over this virus, they can afford an indefinite shutdown. Working Americans can’t, they’ll be crushed by it. You know that famous phrase, ‘The cure is worse than the disease?’ That is exactly the territory we are hurting towards.”
Quote
“Poverty kills. Despair kills. This shutdown is deadly,” Hilton said. He then urged Trump to reassess the plan within 15 days. After that, it would be time to stop the shutdown while keeping in place bans on large gatherings and measures to protect the elderly

An orange muppet. When he says something different, it's because someone new is working the mouth.

I hate Mike Pence, but I would respect the hell out of him leading an effort to use the 25th Amendment to replace Trump next week if Trump tried to cancel the lockdowns.

This is all a fairy tale of course. Mike Pence doesn't have the courage or virtue to do that.

I think it's a little early but we should be ready to end the lockdown for the most part by the end of April, regardless of where the virus is at that point. If we stay in lockdown for too long the economy/society will collapse and the fallout will result in much more death and destruction than the virus.

Even if Pence had the desire to invoke the 25th, he'd need half the Cabinet to join him. That's not gonna happen.

25th Amendment NOW

What good is that? 45% of population will support such views with whoever else other than Trump is in charge.
