That image is actually fairly representative of the Trump Family's reputation and thinking: Create highly misleading statements, and when even highly misleading is still to unfavorable to them, literally just make things up.

Not only is the image doctored to show a higher approval rating (So modest! Why not go higher than 50% if you're going to fake it?), but the economic/deficit stats are also misleading. Obama took office during a recession while Trump took office after the recovery 'finished,' and thanks to trillion(s) in tax cuts paid for with deficit spending, the deficit will be soaring from here on out.
