Almost certainly not vulnerable. He fits his seat pretty well. And any D win will require flipping life-long GOP voters while cranking up Hispanic turnout to almost impossibly high levels.
A big chunk of Hispanics here cannot even vote if they wanted to - they aren't citizens.
