These feckless losers who exploit their county's innate voting patterns are finally being called out and kicked out. Good riddance.

what?  He got the same result Obama's people got didn't he?  Did Obama botch the handling of the case too?

wait wait wait....you don't think he was guilty of something do you?  'cause that would be weird in 2018.

edit-and for the record, McCulloh was a bastard and should have been voted out and hopefully this new guy is actually here to help people, and not just himself.

Finally some justice! Delayed justice, sure. But it's better than nothing.

That's assuming that Darren Wilson was somehow guilty of a crime.

That's a bold assumption.  Was the Grand Jury supposed to be "managed" to bring an indictment, regardless of whether or not there was probable cause that a crime had been committed?

If that's Wesley Bell's idea of justice, then he's no better than McCulloch, and possibly worse.

For a look at how things turn out when a prosecutor rushes a case to trial without putting it before a grand jury, look at Freddie Gray. Several fraudulent charges, which led to the whole case being tainted and several guilty parties being acquitted.

Let's also not forget the Duke Lacrosse players whom Mike Nifong put through hell.

Their rights were as important as anyone elses, but someone forgot that.

Isn't it adorable how conservatives are all about the defendant's rights when the victim is black?

Wonderful news. Hopefully this strikes fear into the hearts of all prosecutors in minority-heavy areas.

I'm all for defendants rights.  I'm not a fan of prosecutors rolling over indigent defendants, going forth with prosecutions of indigent defendants to see what can stick, knowing from the beginning that they cannot truly say that they will be able to prove their case at trial.  (And, yes, prosecutors have to be able to say they are sure they can prove their case when they file it; they perjure themselves if they imply they can do that AT THE BEGINNING when they can't.)  Most indigent defendants take plea deals because they know they are guilty of SOMETHING (even if it's not the top count, but I certainly don't view coercing the indigent through overcharging as a way to run a justice system.

But bringing charges against police officers just because "the community demands it" is mob justice.  You seem to be OK with that.  Perhaps I misunderstood.

Well, when you have a legal system in which police officers have the luxury of qualified immunity protections (meaning there are severe limits in which they can be personally sued), bringing charges against police officers is one of the few cold comforts for those minority communities.

Not to mention the more important results, which is that crime skyrocketed, and 342 people, almost certainly predominantly black, were murdered. Of course, these black people don't matter to liberals.
