Looks like you chopped a lot of towns in your maps.

Maine and NH are whole towns but in Connecticut there arent that many very small towns that I could balance off populations with outside of the Eastern Half or the Northwest. Even with that I only chopped 3 in CT (Glastonbury where I took the urban part from the rural part, Bridgeport, and whatever that town East of East Haven is)

My US parliamentary constituencies thing is probably more to your liking (though I'm not recording PVIs at this moment).

Par for the course, his maps always are.
I think he made nonpartisan maps once when he apparently had to draw maps for a college project of his. Apparently, his professor was a left winger, and he thought he would get a lower grade if he submitted Republican gerrymanders.
