General election:

Drew Edmondson 39
Mick Cornett 39

Drew Edmondson 42
Kevin Stitt 41

GOP primary:
Kevin Stitt 41

Also, Mary Fallin approval is 11% approve, 80% disapprove (LMAO)

Potential pickup?

Nah. IceSpear told me Democrats can't win in Oklahoma (even though Edmondson has been competitive the whole race)

Well at least this time you actually accurately referred to something I said, rather than just completely making something up out of thin air like you did in the Michigan thread.

But this is no different than the other poll. Edmondson in the low 40s and during a divisive GOP primary, yawn. Call me when he's in the mid to high 40s against an actual set opponent and we'll talk.

Fallin’s approvals... what other governor, past or present, has polled that badly, even in a single poll?

Especially when you say his name in a yelling manner, that will ensure that he wins.

An 80% disapproval rating is downright impressive. You have to *try* to get numbers that bad.

It's always nice for Democrats to score some leverage in a state like Oklahoma, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't remiss that it's OK and not like, Nebraska or Alabama or something. Republicans will probably maintain their super-majority, and in terms of redistricting, Oklahoma doesn't have a lot to offer. Meanwhile, a Democratic governor might be able to squeeze an extra seat out of Alabama and in Nebraska, they could at least protect the one competitive seat in the state (and prevent the GOP from getting rid of the EVs-by-CD law). Not to mention all the other super important states where Democrats are only competitive at best. Florida could use a Democratic governor wayyyyy more, considering how important the state is to national Democrats.

Is there a number I can call to make a deal with the devil?

And Stitt has been leading in most of the runoff primary polls... in theory if Edmonson eeks it out against Stitt would Oklahoma county go blue on the map? I think so.

No doubt about it, if Edmondson isn't winning Oklahoma County then he's not winning the state, period.

Alot of these outsider Republican businessmen are doing well. Bill Lee, and now Stittt. These are potential pickups for Dems, plus Fallin's low approval numbers.

These sort of races are sleeper races and will go Dem, only in a tsunami. Not, automatically Dem. But, GOP having problems shows signs of a wave😀
