I want to, but I'm not sure I will be actually able to.

No way, it's gonna be fun watching President Trump and the Democratic Congress try to deal with each other and how that impacts 2020

I'm weird in that my favorite part of the American election cycle is the presidential primary campaign.  Not the general election, but the primaries.  Thus, Spring 2019 - Spring 2020 (and then conceivably extending to Summer 2020 in the unlikely event of a brokered convention) is peak season for me.

That said, I don't have as much free time as I did four years ago, so I can't see myself going back up to the activity levels that I had during the 2016 primaries.

No. I like politics, I like Atlas, so I see no reason to quit.

Only if the Republicans have a good night. Hell, I might quit this country if that's the case.

Given that it could be a big Dem year and the Chicago mayoral immediately follows (with the 2020 Presidential shortly thereafter as well), I doubt there will be any break.

In fact, I'll probably be even more energized than I am now.

Of course not. I'm going to post here until I get banned, but I doubt that will ever happen because I'm general (or at least I'd like to think) respectful of the rules here. Perhaps a mod can fill me in on my status? Tongue

If we have a good night, the gloating is going to make the Atlas Democrats post 2012 look like child's play.
