The bulk of his supporters will believe that and it is all he needs. If Democrats do well in November he will blame it on Russia and Fox News will have coverage of how the midterm was stolen.

Hey hey, only 45% of people who voted. There are plenty of people who didn't vote at all because of speeches at Goldman Sachs and use of the word "superpredator" in 1996. And then the cult leaders will turn around and say, "The Dems were all worried about fake Russian hacking when they were losing, but now that the Russians helped them, they want to pretend it doesn't exist!" And the 20% of Americans who belong to the cult will nod and agree.
