Thomas is a freedom fighter, and the best justice on that court.

We all know how he's going to vote in the assisted sucide case.

So do I. Although his writing isn't particularly excellent, he does, in my opinion, "preserve and defend" the Constitution more than any of his colleagues. Scalia is a close second in this regard, but his writing (especially in dissent) is absolutely brilliant.

Both of them are quite far ahead of the rest of the Supreme Court, in my opinion.
