My voting in the Democratic primary in May precludes my voting in this runoff, but I find Kemp to be minimally acceptable.  He is perhaps more able than Cagle to consolidate the Republican, and I expect him to pivot away from the right as November approaches.

ummm, wow. Thats, umm, huh. Well then. This might be a "GA Dem primary 2018" all over again. A competitive looking race that was never actually competitive.

Is this an outlier? ... and who is more likely to turnout their supporters in the runoff - Kemp or Cagle? (since usually primary runoffs have ultra low turnout)
