These rulings are absolutely unconstitutional. Taking away body piercing and tatoos takes away from our first ammendment right of expression. The no sex ruling is also a complete violation of that girls rights. I think the judge should be kicked from the bench and all of the unorthadox ruling should be sent back to court with the state picking up legal fees.
Those are rights of a free citizen, not of a convicted criminal.
A judge can sentence her to prison, where:
1. She will be told where to sleep.
2. Where and what food to eat.
3. Where to work, probably in a field on a Hoe Squad.
4. When to talk.
5. What close to wear.
6. What jewelry she can have.
7. How to wear her hair, and makeup.
8. What to read.
9. Who she can see socially and what amount of physical contact she can have.
10. What television she can watch.
11. How to address guards.
12. What to eat; she can be force fed if she doesn't eat.
13. When to bathe.
Further, the criminal can, as a practical matter, say, "I'll violate these terms." The order cannot prevent these things from happening, only inflict a penalty if she chooses to do them. The penalty is much harsher that the parole.
