I'm not much of a legal nerd but I've always been amazed that the mandate passed constitutional muster. It's actually hard to read the tax/penalty distinction described in the majority decision without laughing.

I believe Roberts was trying to preserve the Court’s image by upholding the law.

September 6 - Second Round of Questions (20 min/Senator) + Closed Session (around 2-3 hours long) to ask questions that involve classified material.
September 7 - Questioning of Supporters and Opponents of the nomination.

It just will energize more females and minorities to vote Democratic. This will affect 2018 Senate elections and may caise McConnell to become minority leader once again. It will help elect Beshear to Gov mansion. And will cause a well funded challenger to challenge McConnell for his seat, Grimes again. When he is minority leader, he has less power
