He claims that it was a staffer who "inadvertently" posted it. Whoops.

That's becoming "the dog ate my homework" for today's politicians.

Given that most young and well-educated alt-right sympathisants who want to work for Ron Paul (!!!) are downright scary racist and anti-semitic thrash, it might actually be true.

I wouldn't be surprised. Paul is fairly popular among the alt-right (and alt-lite) and there's a high chance one or two of them made their way into his staff.

Ron "let him die" Paul is cultural Darwinian swine. Nothing is surprising from him.

I think it's only fair to point out that Ben Garrison (who is a complete buffoon) didn't actually draw the cartoon - someone pasted his signature onto someone else's drawing.

So in addition to Tweeting out something inexcusably racist, Ron Paul has smeared the name of a conservative cartoonist who presumably likes him. Nice going.

There's a special group of young Americans whose political priorities have shifted over the past several years - away from bringing the troops home and making weed legal, and toward securing the borders and fighting white genocide.
Cultural reactions that like social safety nets only because they benefit from it. How unlikeable

Before 2014 or so, the "cool" position on the internet was fiscal conservatism/social liberalism, and in less than one year it reversed itself to where the fad was fiscal liberalism/social conservatism.

It's funny because the positions that would make you look reasonable and intelligent online in 2012/2013 will get you called an "elitist cuck" or something of that sort now.

The "Ron Paul 2012" people on reddit were mostly following a fad, which in my opinion makes them idiots.

I very much believe it was a young staffer, however it at least really does say something about the people he associates himself with....

He had a lot of support on reddit in 2012, but reddit had a 4chan-like culture in those days.

Economic nationalism isn't the same as 'fiscal liberalism' (don't ever use these words again pls). The alt-right people still are pretty right-wing on economics as far as I know. They just care much less about free markets and they added some nationalist undertones (especially on trade and foreign takeovers) but they aren't 'fiscally liberal' (whatever that means lol). Bannon can dream on.

They want left-wing socialist economics for white people and right-wing Thatcherism for non-white people. Tongue

Ron Paul isn't racist. He's had a couple racist things posted in his name over the years. I see more racism coming from the left these days and now more people will defend cultural Marxism because anti-white racism is A-OK, but this kind is bad. Mmmk.

I liked when equality meant equality of opportunity.

Enjoy Trump, folks.

I like a lot of Libertarian  ideas and viewpoints, even if they're not super rigid idealogically.  Unfortunately, a lot of Libertarians just seem off their rocker.

Racism, tribalism, collectivism, it's all totalitarian stupidity. I am pretty damn far from a "Cultural Marxist" yet I do not feel wrong knocking Ron Paul for this. I hate "Cultural Marxists" (anti-white racism is wrong, just as anti-black, anti-Hispanic, anti-Asian, anti-interracial marriage, etc. is)

The point is that the alt-right (including most "populist" Trump supporters) are literally just Cultural Marxists from the other side. They're stupid racist collectivist tribalists just as cultural Marxists are.

Which is why this cartoon that he or a member of his staff shared, insinuating that blacks, Jews, and others, as a group, are collectively out to destroy America (which is clearly portrayed as being for white people, in the comic) is wrong for ANYONE to share. I get just as upset by "woke" black people saying that their lack of success in life is because ancestors they never knew were slaves. There are black people who are racist against white people (I've dated black girls who have been called race traitors for dating me, and I've been called the same by white people) and they are no better than the white people who are racist towards black people.

Racists and tribalists are all morons who think they're victims and refuse to take personal responsibility for their lives, and that's why they live in this sad little bubble forever thinking that they're oppressed. They'll never make anything of themselves, whether they're black, white, Asian, or whatever. If they're stuck in that mindset they're just losers. No matter what they look like.

How many times does a person get to use the “someone else published that racist thing under my name” excuse before they lose the benefit of the doubt?
