I'm sure the victims of MH17 would disagree that Russia's action in Ukraine were "bloodless."

Or do you back the Jill Stein position that Russia had nothing to do with it?

Melville is a career Foreign Service officer who was appointed Ambassador by President Obama.  I doubt anyone in his position could have imagined what Trump would do to our foreign policy.
