I imagine Cagle’s scandals are really hurting him

Absolutely. Cagle has usually been considered the better GE candidate over Kemp but it's increasingly looking like his scandals are really dragging him down. Either we end up with Kemp, who's an awful and bizarre candidate, or Cagle, who's scandal plagued.

The higher propensity voters favoring Kemp wraps this up. Of those saying they are less likely to vote only half will really show up.

Kemp v. Abrams is about to be wild! Shocked

Please be Kemp, that moves the race from Likely R to weak Lean R.

Cagle would arguably be weaker thanks to his scandals.

I'm honestly surprising confident about the general election regardless of who wins the primary.  Both of these candidates seem rather weak; meaning Abrams has a clear opening to go on the offensive.  She's shown that she's willing to campaign everywhere and hasn't stopped yet.
This. I feel both will severely underwhelm in the ATL suburbs, Gwinnett is already gone for the GOP and Cobb is looking shaky (Kemp would fare worse than Cagle) and rural turnout will be lower with Cagle. At this point, I just want Cagle to lose the run-off because he's trash and it would warm my heart to see him not even make it to the general but beating him in November is fine too. Cheesy
