Who wins in this  VERY unlikely matchup of two Unity tickets? Who takes PA?

Given that this would make two tickets that err to the conservative side, what happens with the liberal vote?

The problem here is that I have highly favourable opinions of both PADem and Cosmo Kramer but it's PADem's running mate John Ford, who swings my vote in his favour

This race would be a tough call. Liberals would break for PADem/Ford; while the South, Central Plains and Mountain West would break for Preston/Phil

Expect the result to be pretty similar to Bush vs Kerry but I'm calling Nevada and Colorado as pickups for PADem (Iowa and New Mexico would be for Preston), but Ohio will decide it

I've got to go to Forensics class now, I'll do a map later

PADem and I aren't that far apart ideologically, looking at our pc scores.

Why do you assume I would be the Republican, Hawk?

Damn, this is hard. I like Preston and PADem, but I'll have to go with PADem because of, like Al said, John Ford.

Tough decision, but I pick PADem because of John.  Kramer probably wins, though.

I'm not but on hindsight I think I should have used two shades of red - so I'll apologise for that - plus I think that you of the two Democrats would perform better in those parts of the US that vote GOP (i.e. the South, Central Plains and Mountain West), while PA Dem would fair better in the North East, Pacific Coast and the upper Midwest

The result could boil down to your running mates, Ford and Phil, and I think Ford would tip Nevada and Colorado PA Dem's way (while Phil helps you in the more conservative states) meaning that the result could depend pretty much on Ohio, which would decide the result

The race is close either way - but I think PADem has the advantage in having Ford on his ticket
