1964 President Infinity Scenario

For Players of President Infinity: I am planning on creating a 1964 scenario because I don't think there are any on 270soft. I'm just beginning it but I am starting it because I want to take suggestions from players and the like.  I am trying to make the game as historically accurate as possible (within reason, obviously), so suggestions would be appreciated too.  And I want testers to be brutally honest in their reviews.
