We have some unfinished business with the Spaniards and national hero Danny Makkelie already sent the Germans back home (even though it was a goal, if it wasn't a goal it still would have been a goal because we can trust on national hero Makkelie even during our darkest moments ).

Sure, Russia is better than most thought but did anyone really think they're worse than Panama or Saudi-Arabia lol? I'd also rank them over Egypt Salah and 10 random dudes and a whole host of other average sides. Don't forget that Uruguay demolished them.

Did you watch today's game? They were obviously exhausted even before extra time. They never had better stamina, they simply threw too much effort in the first two matches and are now suffering the consequences.

True, but Golovin is probably going to join a bigger club.

As far as I know lots of them are there because domestic players get paid more in Russia. Maybe they don't like leaving, perhaps for similar reasons to English players. But your point is definitely right that on paper they're not as good as most of these "top teams."
