It would be absolutely hilarious if Feinstein ends up in a D vs. D runoff with someone other than De Leon, and even more so if a Republican gets into the top two for the Gov race at the same time.

Unlikely. If de Leon fails to make runoff, Feinstein faces a Republican (most likely Rocky De La Fuente or Arun Bhumitra).

Safe Feinstein. Nothing to see here. Actually sad we have to stick with her for six more years. I prefered her to retire and someone like Eric Garcetti or John Chiang as replacement. I'm voting for de Leon in June and in November if he gets there (what I believe will happen).
