USC/LA Times: Feinstein 31, de Leon 7. Looks like Feinstein will win easily, even in a D vs. D race.

Both top of the ticket races looking like they're staying consistent.

Why can't Democratic voters actually see where candidates stand on the issues?

Why can't Democratic voters actually see where candidates stand on the issues?

I have the impression that most voters just don't care that much as long as a (D) is behind the name. Feinstein was far more name recognization and a massive fundraising advantage. CA Dems also like the establishment wing.

For me, I'll vote for de Leon not just based on the issues, but also because I think Feinstein should retire at 85. I would vote for her of course in November, in case she faces a GOPer.
